Bryan and his wife, Kellie, purchased StoreMore Self Storage and WashLand Laundromat in December of 2018. Having been successful real estate entrepreneurs, they know how to manage a real estate business. They are excited to apply their best practices learned from rehabbing homes and running a mobile home park, to running this business.
They found it comes down to surrounding yourself with good people, making good decisions and taking pride in the work you do along with the service you provide.

- Take NC-97 W to London Church Rd in Rocky Mount
- Turn left onto London Church Rd and continue 6 miles
- Continue onto Corbett Ave
- After 1.1 miles, turn right onto Ward Blvd
- Our Wilson, NC storage facility will be on your right
From Goldsboro, NC and Points South
- Head north on I-795
- Take exit 5 for US-301 toward US-264 E/Wilson/Kenly
- Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto US-301 N
- After 4.1 miles take a slight left onto Pender St S
- Turn right onto Herring Ave E and then a quick left onto Ward Blvd
- In 1.7 miles, our self storage facility will be on your right
From Greenville, NC and Points East
- Follow US-264 W to North Carolina Hwy 58 N in Stantonsburg.
- Take exit 49 from US-264 W
- Turn right on North Carolina Hwy 58 N Drive
- After 2.8 miles turn right onto State Hwy 91
- Continue onto Ward Blvd and we’ll be on your right
From Zebulon, NC and Points West
- Take US-264 heading east
- Take exit 36B for US-264 E toward Wilson
- Merge onto US-264 ALT E/Raleigh Rd Pkwy W
- After 5 miles turn left onto Forest Hills Rd NW
- In one mile, turn left onto Ward Blvd
- Travel 1.5 more miles and find us on the left
